Mrs.Sheila Walker
Managing Director
Sheila Walker has over 40 years experience, expertise and knowledge in Early Years education, further education and business. She has advised on Early Years and further education in local and national government organisations. She has extensive knowledge and experience in business, management, personal and career development training. She is known and respected by educationalists in some major cities in China. She is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
Mr. Mike Carter
Operations Director
Mike Carter has over 30 years experience in education as a teacher and education adviser. He is a University Lecturer of trainee teachers in North East England. He is a Professional Conduct panellist for the Department of Education. He has also set up and managed several successful education businesses.

Mrs. Kay Rooks
Kay Rooks has many years experience in education as a teacher and school improvement adviser for Early Years. She is a published author and has successfully written and delivered courses for Early Years teachers both nationally and internationally. She has completed the set up and training of staff in several Kindergartens in the North East of England.
Mrs. Sue Morgan
Sue Morgan is an experienced teacher and has vast knowledge and expertise working in schools and Early Years settings. She has an extensive background in organising and delivering Early Years training courses. She has experience of setting up Kindergartens including creating learning spaces and employing staff.
Mrs. Marion Scott-Baker
Marion Scott-Baker is a distinguished former Head and national and international teacher trainer. She set up the Pre Prep School at the prestigious and world renowned Cheam School.
Mrs. Vicky Dodds
Vicky Dodds is an Early Years specialist in using technology in schools. She has 15 years experience of teaching computing and coding in the classroom. She has set up after school clubs specialising in computer coding for young children.
Mrs. Carol Allen
Carol Allen is one of the top ten educators (2018) in ICT. She designed Early Years products which are now in use in many schools world-wide. She is a renowned National and International educational ICT speaker and presenter.
